Approving moves the employee now and emails them the
confirmation. Their current bed is released.
Delete Ticket
This permanently removes the ticket. It cannot be undone.
If the work simply is not going ahead, setting the status to
Cancelled keeps the record and the reason.
Delete is best kept for test rows and genuine mistakes.
